Terms of Service

1. The service
MassApply AI is an automated job-application assistant. You give us your resume, preferences, and (optionally) your job-site credentials. We use AI to tailor and submit applications on your behalf across supported platforms.
2. Billing — read this carefully
(a) Subscriptions auto-renew monthly on the same calendar day. (b) Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds for downgrades. (c) Cancellations stop the next billing cycle but you keep access until period-end. (d) If a payment fails, we retry per Stripe's standard schedule; access is paused after final retry failure. (e) Founding 50 / FOUNDING50 discount applies to first month only on the chosen plan, then standard pricing. (f) The $10/month referral discount activates only at 5+ paid referrals and applies from month 2 onward. (g) All amounts are USD. (h) We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers; existing terms apply to your current billing period.
3. What you authorize us to do
You authorize us to (a) submit applications on your behalf using your resume and AI-generated materials; (b) use your stored credentials (encrypted) to authenticate to job sites; (c) parse and store your resume; (d) email recruiters and employers from your address only if you explicitly opt in; (e) charge your card per the plan you selected.
4. What you promise us
You are 18+. The resume and information you provide are truthful and yours to share. You won't use the service to spam, harass, or impersonate. You won't reverse-engineer or scrape our service. You'll keep your account credentials secret.
5. Platform compliance
Some job platforms restrict automated submissions in their terms of service. By using MassApply AI you accept responsibility for compliance with the platforms you direct us to use. We implement per-platform safety caps to minimize risk, but cannot guarantee no platform action against your accounts.
6. AI-generated content
Resume and cover letter content we generate is based on your information. You are responsible for reviewing materials before they're used in interviews; we recommend spot-checking the first week of applications.
7. Termination
You can cancel anytime from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, abuse, payment failure, or platform-safety reasons. On termination, encrypted credentials are deleted within 24 hours; other data within 30 days.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL RECEIVE INTERVIEWS, OFFERS, OR EMPLOYMENT. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes go to state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed and posted here. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
